It was a really exciting weekend for Wild Workouts & Wellness! We had our Metabolism 101 Workshops, Sunday Funday Outdoor Bootcamps for our 28 Day Summer Slimdown participants, and lastly our hard core, outstanding TRI WILD Team kicked some serious butt at the Pleasant Prairie Triathlon on Sunday June 23rd!

From workouts, running, cycling, to swimming, the TRI Wild team trained their tails off and let me tell you, it paid off! We had a combination of TRI virgins and TRI veterans on this years team… and they all kicked butt!

I was so proud to watch the team compete yesterday! This group set out to complete one huge challenge and earned so much confidence along the way. I can’t thank everyone enough for being a part of this special team. It was an honor to be there and support each of you. Can’t wait to do it again!
