What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
My number on the scale had been stuck for the past 6 months; even though I felt I was practicing a healthy lifestyle; regular exercise and eating real food, so I felt I needed to shake things up.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
So many positive results! I lost almost 16 pounds in 28 days! My percentage of body fat went down 2.7%! I lost a total of 5.5 inches! I can pull off my “tight” jeans without unzipping them! I can almost do a boy pushup! I have kicked my Diet Coke addiction! I’m so much stronger! I have a waist again! Hello collar bones!
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
There are so many things I like about WW&W, that it is hard to pick just one. I like it that no two bootcamps are the same. I like that the trainers make the effort to get to know you and try to personalize the workout for your abilities. I also like that it feels like I’m working out with friends!
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
I would tell them that if they want to really see some positive results they should get off the fence and join. Exercising on your own is lonely and boring and sooner or later, you are going to lose interest. Working out at WW&W is like working out with your friends and is never boring! I’m not gonna lie, the workouts are hard, but you are gonna be so happy with your fit, strong and healthy body!
