Stixated Smoothie Recipe
When I make smoothies, I really try to limit the amount of fruit I put in. Even tho fruit has naturally occurring sugar, its still sugar. But then how do you sweeten up a green smoothie and help it satisfy the sweet tooth in all of us?? Answer: Stixated!
Nature’s Sunshine Stixated is a delicious, berry-flavored drink mix features Garcinia cambogia and chromium picolinate to help curb your appetite between meals. Perfect to sweeten up my smoothies and help me stay fuller longer!
Here’s my favorite Stixated Smoothie recipe:
1/2 cup frozen berries (you pick! blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1 cups green (you pick! kale, spinach, microgreens)
1/2 cup shredded beets
1 Stixated packet
1-2 scoops of Nutriburn vanilla
8 oz cold water (to make creamier, use coconut milk or almond milk)
That’s it! Blend well and serve!
