That’s why I’m putting on this workshop.  I’ve been a runner for over 20 years.  I’ve raced really fast, but I’ve also been really injured and unhealthy.  I’ve made the mistakes and I want to teach you what I’ve learned so that you can be a healthy and fast runner.

Let me tell you, there are many misconceptions when it comes to running.  In my opinion running is a sport and if we train correctly, we can not only run fast but also improve our health.
