This program will without a doubt make you a faster runner. Most people don’t sprint on their own. Challenge yourself in a group setting!

Come to Run WILD Interval Running Workouts to boost metabolism and blast body fat with high intensity intervals.
All participants work at their own level.
If you’re new to running or a seasoned veteran, Wild coaches will tailor the workout pace and repetitions based on your experience level.

When and Where:
Meets at Humboldt Park across from the bandshell. 3000 S. Howell Ave.
Summer Session – choose either Tuesday 5:30am or Thursday 6pm
Thursday PM Date: 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10, 8/17 weather makeup date 8/24
Tuesday AM Dates: 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15, 8/22 weather makeup date 8/30
Here’s how it works. It’s $65.00 for each session.
EACH SESSION IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 30 PEOPLE THAT SIGN UP
Sign up for the Summer RUN WILD SESSION :
$20 for the 1st Child, $15 for the 2nd Child, $10 for the 3rd Child (*for Thurs night session only)
