Raspberry SPORTea Shake

This month we’re featuring our Raspberry SPORTea Shake. This would be a great midday snack! SPORTea is a natural energizer and stress fighter. It definitely beats sipping a 2nd cup of coffee when you’re feeling sluggish (and it tastes way better too!).

Here’s the ingredients:

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (you can use other berries like blueberries instead. )
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup SPORTea
1 scoop of Vanilla Nutri-Burn protein powder
2 to 3 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
