I’m talking about using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells to help you get stronger, more powerful and turn you into a lean muscle, fat burning machine.
Learn proper lifting form, safe spotting techniques and track progress while you work within a small group.
No prior experience needed. The small group atmosphere allows your coach to individualize the workout and make sure everyone progresses appropriately.
Here’s the deal……when I say small group, I mean ONLY 8 people.
So this workout will fill up in a matter of moments.
When is the workout?
Sunday Mornings at 7:50am. The workout is a Power Hour that includes warm up, lifting and stretching.
3/15, 3/22, 3/29 Phase 1
4/12, 4/19, 4/26 Phase 2
