Oh, S.H.I.I.T is our newest workout.  This workout combines suspension strength training and high intensity interval cardio to maximize your fat burning.  I bet you’re wondering how this workout will blast flab and keep you lean and strong.  I’ll explain….

Suspension training uses your body weight and gravity to challenge your entire body.  Suspension training is the ultimate core workout because every exercise will challenge your balance and stability.  You’ll sculpt lean and strong muscles with the challenge of these dynamic exercises.  Suspension strength training can help with your goals of fat loss, sport performance and improved quality of life.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is your ticket to boost your metabolism and shed fat.  No need for long boring cardio.  Your high intensity interval workout will shape your body better and quicker than hours on a treadmill.  How? By creating an after burn effect where you continue to burn more calories after your workout.  HIIT is tough to do on your own.  But in this workout, you’ll have the coach and group to push you beyond what you think you can do.
