Monday Walk/Run Group

This program starts June 16th  at 6pm and is free for WILD members, and YES you can bring your dog (you can bring your cat but do cats really enjoy a good run?)

It’s ideal for those people who are training for a 5k or even more experienced runners who are keeping their mileage up. It’s a good a place to meet up and connect with others who appreciate a group  run/walk session. We will have different routes & mileage that you can choose from. You will get a little printout of the route depending on what mileage you choose, which can be from 2, 4 and 6 mile options.

So bring a friend and get running/walking, or moving in general! Meet up at WILD at 6pm on June 16th!
