May Home Workout

Our Lead Trainer Coach Carla has put together another awesome home workout for the month of May.

These workouts use minimal equipment and can be done at your home or while your traveling.  Make sure to watch the video to see how to do the exercises correctly.

Workout

Circuit #1: 3 rounds
20 Scapular Push Up to Downward Dog
20 Mountain Climbers
15 Side Lunge R  -mod. Side Lying Leg Raise R
15 Side Lunge L  -mod. Side Lying Leg Raise L
20 Rocky Sit Ups

 

Circuit #2:  2-3 Rounds

15 Pistol Squat or Seated Leg Raise R (use sturdy bench or chair*)
15 Side Plank w/ Hip Dip R
15 Hip Bridge Hold with Leg Swing R
Do Left Side

*A non-bench/chair option is Split Squat or Lunge
