JUNE Client of the Month: Nathan Kleba!

Nathan is one of our fierce night owls, going all out in the 8:00PM Wild Workouts – then back for more again on Saturday morning! Nathan really brings the intensity, and helps make those tough workouts fun! With his team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm, Nathan is encouraging to his fellow peeps. As for inspiration, his results really speak volumes! Nathan lost nearly 20 lbs since joining Wild Workouts and Wellness in February!!! He has also dramatically improved in strength, stamina, exercise form, all while working through the challenge of a past shoulder injury. Way to go Nathan!!!

So let’s hear it from Nathan himself. We asked him some questions about his experience at Wild Workouts and Wellnes, and here is what Nathan had to say:

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT IT?
Fun, FULL Body movement and you aren’t locked into one painful position.

LEAST FAVORITE:
Wall sits.

WHAT DON’T YOU LIKE ABOUT IT?
Being stuck there with the burning.

WHAT ACHIEVEMENTS ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
Hitting my first weight loss goal. I had a target to hit by the beginning of May, and I didn’t think I was going to get all the way there on time as late as early April, but I stuck with the program and I made my goal on time.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT WILD WORKOUTS & WELLNESS?
I grew up playing team sports, and got used to structured workouts. I’ve tried to work out on my own, but have never been successful. With WILD, I get the structure and the accountability, as well as a fun environment and camaraderie.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE OTHER WILD PEEPS?
Work on GOOD habits. Once you get in a routine of working out and eating better, it’s easier to stick with it.

DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE SONG OR TYPE OF MUSIC FOR WORKING OUT?
I would like to listen to country, but it keeps getting voted down. SO, I would have to say 80s music that the Saturday karaoke group sings along to. you can get into a rhythm while doing step overs on the bosu.

WHAT ARE SOME CHALLENGES OR GOALS YOU ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON?
Working on fitting into non-relaxed fit pants.
