July Home Workout

Our Trainer Coach Carla has put together another awesome home workout for the month of July!

These workouts use minimal equipment and can be done at your home or while your traveling.  Make sure to watch the video to see how to do the exercises correctly.

 

Warm Up 
Side Lunge Reach R
Single Leg Touch Down R
Flat Back Twist R
Repeat on Left
Workout
 
Circuit #1: 15 reps each, then repeat at 10 reps each, then repeat at 5 reps each
Push Up Release
Squat Jumps or Pulse
Side to Side 1/2 Burpee
Alt Superman
Rest 30-60 sec
Repeat
Circuit #2: 2-3 Rounds
10 Leg Plank Walkout or Touch Down R
10 Single Leg Hip Bridge Hold with Leg Swing R
10 Single Leg Plank Walkout or Touch Down L
10 Single Leg Hip Bridge Hold with Leg Swing L
10 Grasshopper Push Ups
Rest 30 sec
Repeat
