The exercise featured this week is the Grasshopper Pushup. All you need is bench, chair or floor, it’s that easy!

Here’s the breakdown of Grasshopper Push-ups
– Get into a plank position with with hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
-Begin moving by bending you elbows straight back to lower your chest towards the ground. As your elbows bend back your biceps touch the side of your body.
– When your chest gets below your elbows, begin to straighten your arms. Make sure to keep your back straight as you return to the beginning plank position.
– Do 2 sets of 10 repetitions
