You’ll have to come and see for yourself at our FREE Boot Camp and Bend Workout.

To kick off another summer session of Boot Camp and Bend, we are offering a FREE workout on Thursday May 18th at 6:00pm so you can see what it’s all about.

Enjoy 30 minutes of an outdoor boot camp workout with Wild Workouts and Wellness followed by 30 minutes of deep stretching yoga with Healium Hot Yoga.  Get the best of both strengthening and stretching in one amazing workout.

Remember, these workouts are led by Milwaukee’s best fitness and yoga professionals. You’ll be in good hands to make sure you are exercising at the best level for YOU.

Boot Camp and Bend is held at Cupertino Park near the intersection of South Shore Drive and Russell Avenue.  Just east of the Palamino and Groppi’s.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a yoga mat, and a beverage to stay hydrated.
