I’ve been working with my team here at Wild Workouts and Wellness  to come up with an incredible, all-inclusive program to help people get results fast while learning sustainable habits that will carry them through the rest of their lives. This is a 12 Week Intensive includes:

  • 3 Semi Private Personal Training Sessions per week – Get the support of a small group (2 to 6 clients) while focusing on your individual needs.
  • Weekly emails from your coaches to help with  nutrition coaching and accountability.
