Join Wild Workouts and Wellness for an indoor cycling workouts!

Are you tired of the same old home workout videos?  Does your bike collect dust all winter?

If so, it’s time to join in on the fun of Cycle and Strength!

Get the benefits of training on your own bike during the winter on an indoor trainer! The workout will start with 45 minutes of cycling geared toward improving your cycling skills and cardio workout, followed by a 30 minute strength or yoga workout!

All you need is your bike and an indoor trainer! Don’t have a trainer? No problem! Check out our Deluxe Package!

We’re spicing it up this session!! The first four weeks in January will be dedicated to strength training workouts and the second four weeks of the session will incorporate yoga by Healium Hot Yoga.

This class will be on Sunday mornings starting at 10:00 am and end at 11:15 am (perhaps a few minutes later for the yoga sessions). Please Arrive 15 minutes early and set up your bike and trainer.
