Dumbbell Iron Cross

Here’s Coach Alyssa showing us how to do the Dumbbell Iron Cross.

All you need are some dumbbells!

This exercise focuses on the deltoid muscles of the shoulder, stomach and legs.

-Start by holding a dumbbell in each hand.  Go into a low squat stand with arms held out in front of you with palms facing each other.

– As you stand upright, move your arms out and away from your body to form a T position.

– Return back to the squat position with dumbbells held out in front of your body.

– Do 2 sets of 10 repetitions.
