First you’ll sweat with 30 minutes of Boot Camp exercise.
The next 30 minutes will get your stretched out with 30 minutes of yoga.

What to bring:
Wear Layers – we’ll be working next to a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Just remember, you may start off cool but get warmer later. Bring a mat for yoga and boot camp. Bring a water.
By the South Shore Yacht Club – Park in the parking lot and walk north along the bike trail to our workout location. South Shore Drive- Park along South Shore Drive and walk towards Russell Avenue Superior – Park near the Palamino and walk east on Russell Avenue towards South Shore Drive
Bathrooms are located near the South Shore Yacht Club.
