BIG 37 WORKOUT
I’ve been a trainer for over 14 years and my favorite thing to do is share a killer workout. So that’s what I’m going to do to celebrate my 37th birthday. It’s Amber’s BIG 37 WORKOUT…… It’s a fun body weight workout that anyone can do. (That’s because I’ll demo some modifications in the video)
So here’s the workout. No equipment needed, just a timer. (And you can use your phone for that) Watch the video below to see how to perform the exercises listed.
Prisoner Squats – 8
Plank walk up push-ups – 7
Kneelers to a Knee Drive R – 7
Side Plank Twist R – 4
Kneelers to a Knee Drive L – 7
Side Plank Twist L – 4
Rocky Sit Ups – 37
Do as many rounds as you can in 37 minutes…
