The Best Me Program Recap

This Saturday we wrapped our Small Group 21 Day Best Me Program.

We developed this program because we know how hard it can be to start on a path to a healthier lifestyle on your own.  In this program,our participants experienced great support from not only our dedicated staff but also from each other.

In addition to the small group workouts, we added tons of nutrition support and education. Our check-ins at the beginning, middle and end helped to keep each participant focused on their own goals. The added step tracking provided another level of accountability to get everyone moving even when away from the gym.

We had 13 very dedicated participants that worked hard to get some amazing results in just 3 weeks. This group lost an astonishing 38 pounds, 16.5% body fat, 67 inches, and lowered their metabolic age by 42 years!
