August Home Workout

Our Trainer Coach Carla has put together another awesome home workout for the month of August!

These workouts use minimal equipment and can be done at your home or while your traveling.  Make sure to watch the video to see how to do the exercises correctly.

Repeat, Do Left Side
Workout
Circuit #1: 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps, 2 reps
Burpee Jacks
Plank Walk Up
Scapular Push Up
Alternating Reverse Kneeler or Lunge
*optional add a short sprint between rounds*
Circuit #2: 2-3 rounds
Side Plank Hip Dip R
Giggles R
Extended Cat R
Repeat on Left Side
