  1. What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?

My physical condition had hit an impressive low and I needed a change.  I was winded by everyday activities like stairs and even tying my shoes.  I was having sleep problems and I was disappointed with my appearance.  Sarah Jane Alt (nee Harper) had been attending classes at Wild for a while and I thought I would go in for a free consult.  Coach Kate’s energy was so infectious I couldn’t say no!

 

  1. What results have you achieved since starting your program?

I have been able to sleep better on a regular basis and my energy level has been at an all-time high.  I have really enjoyed seeing myself grow and gain a fondness for exercising on a regular basis.  When I started I couldn’t do a full proper squat but now I confidence I can do most exercises I am faced with.

 

  1. What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?

I like having someone to make sure I don’t unintentionally hurt myself, which was always something that kept me from exercising in the past.  I am also like being held accountable for my attendance.  I see Tara and Kate every day when I’m working and I know they will harass me if I don’t make it to my boot camp classes.

 

  1. What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?

It’s a fun and welcoming environment.  The workouts are addicting and you will love how quickly you make progress.
