How to Achieve Your Goals – Fast
I just got back from a quick trip to Orlando. I wish I could say I was visiting Mickey, but I was meeting with the team of coaches I work with to help me develop my dream of Wild Workouts and Wellness. Besides getting valuable knowledge and insight from the coaches, I was also surrounded by other fitness business owners with similiar dreams that offered tremendous support. Just over the 2 days of meetings, I got so much done and made huge progression in the direction of my vision for the gym.
Doing this on my own without the mentoring and support I get from my coaches and the other business owners involved with our group would have been slow and tough. To just cover the material we did in 2 days would have taken me months. Why? I’d have to do research, then I’d have to implement, and then I’d have to see if it all worked. Talk about slow and frustrating.
But that made me start to think about the people we work with at Wild Workouts and Wellness. They choose to get coaching from us to get faster results. Lose weight quicker, run faster, keep up with kids, and gain more energy are a few things our Wild clients want. And more often then not, they have tried numerous attempts on their own to achieve these goals, with repeated failures and heart ache. For many, it has been just too frustrating not knowing what to do and just getting the wrong answers.
They also get the support of others in our fitness community to assist with the speed, motivation and inspiration of achieving their goals. Many share with me how family and friends just “don’t get it”. Co-workers keep bringing in junk food too work and don’t understand the commitment they are making to achieve their goals. However at Wild Workouts and Wellness, everyone wants to look and feel better. Everyone is working towards a common goal. Our clients not only share successes, but motivate each other to be their best.
When I started out as a business owner, I used to be a lone wolf. I can do it on my own. I don’t need help. I’m not sure where that thought pattern came from? I always had coaches. When I raced in high school and college I had coaches to help me. I had a violin teacher, a singing coach and a pageant coach when I was younger. Even when it comes to my own health, I’ve sought out the knowledge of others.
Why would I not do that with my business? But really there is nothing wrong with asking for help. I look back at all the mistakes I made and struggles I went through. I laugh because a lot of the headaches could have been alleviated if I would have just got some help. But for me, and so many of the people that come to the gym, when the pain gets great enough you have to do something about it. My pain was a few things. Not seeing Wild Workouts and Wellness as sustainable at the time and also not being able to have a balance of work and personal life. I knew in my heart that I really wanted to create something special to help people lose weight, get healthy and truly start living an active, energized and fulfilling life.
So I took the leap and hired a team of coaches to help me get to my dream. I was tired of wasting time. I wanted things to change for the better and at a faster pace. I work with people who have created their dream business that creates a huge impact on the lives of others. I’m only gaining from their experience and I immediately have seen great changes. From a wonderful staff, to a new gym space and fun new programs it’s only getting better! I see Wild Workouts and Wellness transforming into the personal training gym I have always dreamed of.
And that’s what Wild Workouts and Wellness is about. We help people get the results they want fast so they can stop wasting time. So they can feel confident and happy as their body becomes fitter and leaner. This all leads to helping people live life to the fullest. Doing things they once enjoyed or never though possible. With 11 years in the fitness industry, I’ve been there done that and have really fine tuned our programs to get people to their goals faster.
I love being a coach and I love having coaches in my life. We don’t have to struggle and be frustrated on our ways to our dreams and goals. There is someone right around the corner to help shorten the learner curve towards or dreams and goals.
