30 Day Rolling Challenge!
HAVE YOU SEEN THOSE 30 DAY SQUAT, PLANK OR LUNGE CHALLENGES CIRCULATING AROUND FACEBOOK OR EMAIL?
Is squatting 9,999,999 times in 30 days with no weights or proper form really going to give you a better butt? Not really.
YES, there is a positive aspect of doing 30-day challenges. It gets people moving for 30 days and keeps them focused and motivated. Sure doing 30 days of squats is better for your health than doing a 30 day challenge of eating cupcakes… but for most people doing challenges like these, form can often get sloppy as people just do it to “get it done!” Many people often have pre-existing injuries which these challenges can just make their aches and pains worse if not done properly. Plus, just overdoing anything, especially with all the large amounts of reps can be a big problem.
I know how motivating challenges are though! That’s why we do the 30 day Sugar Crackdown, and the 28 Day Summer Slimdown! It’s a great way to have a time frame and a goal to focus on. But unlike the 30 day squat challenge, the challenges that we offer here at Wild Workouts and Wellness offer OVERALL health improvements and FAT LOSS!
SO I decided to give you all a NEW 30 Day Challenge to focus on. I’m sorry, but this is not a “Get Sexy” challenge that “promises a better butt or a flatter stomach.” But it IS a challenge that will benefit EVERYONE!
IT’S THE 30 DAY ROLLING CHALLENGE!
Here’s the deal. I meet so many people that have minor aches, pains, or a general feeling of tightness in their bodies. If everyone would just roll for 5-10 minutes each day, they would feel so much better!
But wait. We DO have a “Get Sexy” part to this challenge! It’s just not glamourous right away. But after 30 days of rolling by alternating upper and roller body, you’ll have LESS aches and pains. You’ll be able to keep up with your kids, your grandkids, get outside more and nail some really tough workouts!
You can do this challenge anytime during the day. Roll at work on your lunch hour, or during your favorite TV shows!
