Next this program is packed full of nutrition support. We’ll meet weekly via a webinar to discuss how to get stronger and healthier, and increase your energy levels.  But these meetings will go in more dept…..We are going to talk about making behavioral changes and establishing new habits.

You’ll also find the ultimate in accountability with weekly tracking of body measurements.  We’ll assess you weekly so you can stay focused and see your progress.  And this is more than just stepping on the scale.  It’s weight, body fat and measurements so we assess ALL changes.
