10k Training Program

Have you completed a 5k and want to challenge yourself with a further distance?

Then this 10k Training Program is PERFECT for you!

Wild Workouts & Wellness 10k Training program will coach you to be ready to run a 10k race on September 10th, 2016.

The best thing about running is having a team to train with!  Don’t battle the frustration of training alone.  Join the team to get the accountability you need to get 10K ready.

The Wild 10K Training Program will prepare you to confidently finish a 10K race using our distance progression method over 8 weeks to increase your stamina and endurance.

BONUS! In addition to weekly group distance runs, all 10k Training program participants will choose from Run Wild interval sessions to attend; either Tuesdays at 5:30am or Thursdays at 6pm. These additional sessions will make sure that you are in tip-top shape for the Brewers 10k race!

Informational meeting will be held July 10th at 8am at the Wild Workouts Boot Camp facility at 2898 S Delaware Ave.

The Official 10k Training will start Sunday July 17th with weekly group runs being held at 8am.

This is an 8 Week Training Program that includes:

  • Wild Workouts and Wellness 10k Team Athletic T-Shirt

  • 8 Weeks of Workouts to Guide your 10K Training starting July 17th

               -Weekly Team Progressive Distance Workouts on Sundays at 8am
